What a busy year! Entered the Greenville-Spartanburg market by merging with market leading, full-service commercial landscape contractor Sodfather led by Charles and Kelly Reid. Entered the Raleigh-Durham market by acquiring best in class landscape management provider, Groundworks, led by Derek Stutts. Implemented industry-specific operating software platform, Aspire. Created a new internal self-identity, mission and vision to lead the company into the future and provide career growth opportunities for our 120 team members.
Experienced substantial organic growth in all our markets due to the great work our teams performed. Completed two tuck-in, culturally-aligned acquisitions in the Raleigh market, welcoming Brandon Mozingo and his team from ISL Landscaping and Shawn Masich and team from Greenfields. Completed a rebrand from legacy brands to Granite Hills Group, to match our internal metamorphosis. Our team expanded from 120 team members to 180 team members by the end of 2022.
Another busy and successful year! We have continued our organic growth in all markets, further built out our management teams, created a college internship program, and won our first NALP National Award of Excellence on one of our landscape maintenance sites. Expanded into the Triad market by acquiring Scenic Vision Landscaping and welcoming Franklin Clapp and the rest of his impressive team. Our growing team has surpassed 250 members!
We will continue to expand throughout the Southeast to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our dedicated team members and to better serve the needs of our clients. As we grow, we will continue improving our employee benefits and service offerings.
